We can all agree that the best thing about Oslo is the feeling of being part of one big family - musicians, artists, businesses, fans, venues and friends all work together like a family, supporting each other out wherever they can. As a result, Oslo has one of the world's most thriving arts industry with talented, original and independent musicians and artists popping up all over the place.
So what better way to celebrate this talent and harness this family-feeling than a cookbook?!
Starving Artist is the brain child of management and promotions enthusiast, El Chantry (AUS), music and art aficionado, Edward Raison (AUS/UK), and chef and record label entrepreneur, Tim Dunham (CAN).
Inspired from the Perth Cookbook (published by Australian label, Love Is My Velocity), The Kokebok will bring together new and local bands and artists, to create a unique book you can use for years of dinner parties to come.
